DTXS SILK ROAD partners with Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center to achieve comprehensive cooperation

DTXS SILK ROAD (00620.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary signed a memorandum of understanding with Hainan International Cultural and Art Trading Center (Haiwenjiao) last Friday (23rd), agreeing to achieve comprehensive cooperation (including but not limited to business and equity investment) to jointly seize business opportunities.

The subsidiary of DTXS SILK ROAD plans to leverage Haiwenjiao's advantages in various fields such as overseas antique collection, traditional cultural and artistic product trading, digital art circulation, and cultural IP services as its core for development, promoting the upgrade of the "culture, art, technology, digitalization, industry, finance" business model.

Haiwenjiao intends to utilize the rich cultural and artistic heritage, international investment and cooperation platform, art auctions, art finance, art warehousing logistics, and antique collection procurement resources of the DTXS SILK ROAD subsidiary for product development and market promotion. With digital technology as a link, Haiwenjiao is committed to promoting cultural and artistic industry cooperation projects.

The company pointed out that the DTXS SILK ROAD subsidiary mainly engages in auction business and related art and collectibles business. Through potential cooperation, the DTXS SILK ROAD subsidiary expects to explore more business development opportunities
