The NFRA has approved the appointment qualification of Mr. WONG Hin Wing as an independent director of the Company. The term of office of Mr. WONG Hin Wing as an independent director of the Company became effective on 22 January 2026. Please refer to the Notice for the biographical details of Mr. WONG Hin Wing.The Company further announces that Mr. JIANG Xuping retired as an independent non-executive director of the Company on the same date.
