CLAYMONT, Del, Jan. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Archimedes Tech SPAC Partners III Co. (Nasdaq: ARCIU) (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its upsized initial public offering of 27,600,000 units, which includes 3,600,000 units issued pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option. The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $276,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The Company’s units began trading on The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) on January 23, 2026 under the ticker symbol “ARCIU.” Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one ordinary share at $11.50 per share.
