Sasquatch Resources Announces Increase in Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 26, 2026) - SASQUATCH RESOURCES CORP. ("Sasquatch" or the "Company") announces that, further to its news release of January 19, 2026, it has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") and will now raise $600,000 (increased from $500,000) under the Offering.The increased Offering will now consist of the issuance of 6,000,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant", entitling the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance).The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering. Securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
