Spot silver rises over 8.7%
On Tuesday (January 27), at the end of trading in New York, spot silver rose by 8.75%, reported at $112.8775 per ounce, approaching the daily high of $113.4586 refreshed at 15:45 Beijing time and the historical high of $117.7132 set in the previous trading day. COMEX silver futures rose by 2.28%, reported at $112.850 per ounce. COMEX copper futures rose by 0.64%, reported at $5.9440 per pound. Spot platinum rose by 1.95%, reported at $2641.03 per ounce; spot palladium fell by 1.52%, reported at $1932.75 per ounce
