
Kremlin on "Energy Ceasefire": No Comment
Regarding media reports that Russia and Ukraine have reached an "energy ceasefire" agreement, Russian President Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated on the 29th that he had no comment. When asked by reporters about the "energy ceasefire," Peskov said, "No, I cannot comment."
