
National Energy Administration: During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it will promote hydrogen energy pilot projects and vigorously cultivate future industries
On January 30th, the National Energy Administration held a press conference. At the meeting, Bian Guangqi, Deputy Director of the Energy Conservation and Technology Equipment Department of the National Energy Administration, stated that by the end of 2025, China's renewable energy hydrogen production projects will have a cumulative production capacity exceeding 250,000 tons/year, achieving a doubling growth compared to the previous year. Projects in Kuqa, Xinjiang; Ningdong, Ningxia; Chifeng, Inner Mongolia; Da'an, Jilin; and Songyuan have been completed and put into operation, gradually connecting the hydrogen production-storage-application industrial process; a number of major technological equipment have made new breakthroughs, laying a solid foundation for the development of the hydrogen energy industry
