Heavy snowfall in many parts of Japan has resulted in 14 deaths
Due to the winter pressure distribution, many areas in Japan have been experiencing heavy snowfall for several consecutive days. The Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Fire and Disaster Management Agency reported on January 30th that as of 8:30 AM on the 30th, the heavy snowfall since the 20th has resulted in 14 deaths and 198 injuries nationwide.
