Beijing: Striving to develop 5 types of atomic-level manufacturing software tools by 2028 and to create no less than 10 innovative atomic-level manufacturing equipment

The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology recently issued the "Beijing Atomic-Level Manufacturing Innovation Development Action Plan (2026-2028)." It proposes that by 2028, focusing on the semiconductor and new materials fields, the goal is to develop 5 types of atomic-level manufacturing software tools, create no less than 10 atomic-level manufacturing innovative equipment, form 10 categories of typical applications and solutions for atomic-level manufacturing, and initially establish a domestically leading high ground for atomic-level manufacturing technology innovation and typical application benchmarks
