MULTIFIELD INTL sold 1.54 million shares of HSBC HOLDINGS, confirming a profit of 24 million
MULTIFIELD INTL (00898.HK) announced that on February 3rd, its subsidiary Ernesto sold a total of 1.54 million shares of HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) in the open market at an average price of HKD 138.05 per share, for a total consideration of nearly HKD 213 million. The estimated confirmed gain from the sale is approximately HKD 24 million.
After the sale, the group still holds 4.2026 million shares of HSBC HOLDINGS, accounting for about 0.02% of its share capital
