According to the Hong Kong High Court, the original trial court of the Hong Kong High Court has successively rejected Xu Jiayin and his related companies' applications for leave to appeal against the decision on the appointment of the administrator, and issued an order regarding Xu Jiayin's failure to pay the litigation costs within the specified period, requiring him to pay approximately HKD 1.2 million by February 20, otherwise he will be prohibited from raising defenses in the related litigation.
