
China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing: Last month, China's warehousing index fell to 51.9 on a monthly basis, while inventory levels continued to rise
The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and CMST jointly investigated the China Warehousing Index January report, which stands at 51.9, a month-on-month decline of 0.5 percentage points, but still remains in the expansion range.
Among the main sub-indices, the facility utilization index and the end-of-period inventory index continue to rise, while the business volume index and the average inventory turnover index have declined but still remain in the expansion range, indicating that warehousing business volume continues to grow, commodity turnover remains active, inventory levels have been rising continuously, and enterprises' enthusiasm for restocking has increased, with the industry overall maintaining a good operational trend
