
The residential land on East Tai Koo Street in Shau Kei Wan is valued at up to HKD 1.2 billion
The land near Honghua Street on East Tai Koo Road is currently up for tender. According to comprehensive market forecasts, the latest market valuation is approximately HKD 790 million to HKD 1.19 billion, equivalent to a floor price of about HKD 5,300 to HKD 8,000 per square foot.
According to the land sale regulations, the site can accommodate a maximum residential floor area of 130,000 square feet for pure residential development; while under the mixed commercial and residential terms, the total residential floor area is approximately 104,600 square feet, the total non-residential floor area is 43,600 square feet, and the total buildable floor area for commercial and residential use is approximately 148,100 square feet. In addition, the successful bidder must construct government facilities such as an elderly community center according to the land sale conditions and level the section of East Tai Koo Road and the road in front of the Jinji Building for public road use for pedestrians and vehicles
