CKH HOLDINGS warns Maersk: Legal action will be taken if it takes over the Panama terminal without permission
Regarding the dispute over the Panama port business, Hong Kong CKH HOLDINGS stated that the company has warned Maersk that the takeover of the relevant terminal operations by Maersk's subsidiary APM Terminals without the company's consent will trigger legal action against the Danish shipping giant. The press release published on CKH HOLDINGS' official website also stated that the company has invited Panama for consultations based on the investment protection treaty and is actively seeking solutions regarding the actions taken by the Panamanian government that affect CKH HOLDINGS and its Panama port company
