"Spring Festival Gala Robot" concept stocks rise against the market trend, UBTECH ROBOTICS and HESAI-W each up 7%, DOBOT surges nearly 20%

Today (the 20th) is the first trading day of the Hong Kong stock market after the Year of the Horse Spring Festival holiday. This morning, the market opened down 48 points, and the decline expanded during the early session, dropping as much as 348 points to a low of 26,356 points. Hong Kong-listed robotics-related stocks performed well against the market trend, with UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK) rising as much as 13.3% to a high of HKD 156.4, currently reported at HKD 147.8, up 7.1%, with a turnover of HKD 752 million. DOBOT reached a high of HKD 48.88, currently reported at HKD 47.6, up 19.3%, with a turnover of HKD 259 million.

Logistics robotics stock Geekplus-W (02590.HK) is currently reported at HKD 27.2, up 4.62%, with a turnover of HKD 94.5419 million.

The two humanoid robots from Yushu at the Spring Festival Gala are both equipped with HESAI JT128 laser radars. HESAI-W (02525.HK) is currently reported at HKD 217, up 7.53%, with a turnover of HKD 131 million.

Suteng Juchuang (02498.HK) is currently reported at HKD 37.92, up 10.23%, with a turnover of HKD 161 million. Sanhua Intelligent Control (02050.HK) is currently reported at HKD 37.62, up 5.91%, with a turnover of HKD 346 million.

XPeng-W (09868.HK), which has exposure to robotics business, fell 2.3% along with the market, currently reported at HKD 68.05, with a turnover of HKD 79.6494 million.
