The owner initially listed the property for approximately HKD 13 million and recently sold it for HKD 12.95 million after negotiation, with an average price per square foot of HKD 20,491.
It is understood that the original owner purchased the property in 2020 for HKD 12.645 million, holding it for about six years, and is now exiting with a profit of HKD 305,000, representing a 2.4% appreciation during the holding period
