"Harbour Building" Kai Tak Parkview sold 3 units, with both the selling price and price per square foot of the sea view one-bedroom setting new highs for similar unit types
New World Development (00017.HK) and FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) collaborated on the Kai Tak Parc Oasis series, selling 3 units yesterday (24th) for a total of HKD 23 million.
Among them, Unit J on the 17th floor of Tower II of Parc Oasis enjoys a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour, with a usable area of 283 square feet, designed as a one-bedroom unit, sold for HKD 6.264 million, with a price per square foot of HKD 22,134, setting a new high for both selling price and price per square foot for similar unit types.
Since the completion of the Parc Oasis series, 239 units have been sold, generating over HKD 1.8 billion. Since the launch of sales, a total of 896 units have been sold, generating over HKD 6.4 billion
