    ANHUI XINBO ALUMINUM: Nanjing Tianding has reduced its holdings by 1.18%

    ANHUI XINBO ALUMINUM announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller Tang Kaijian's concerted actor Nanjing Tianding reduced its holdings by 2.4219 million shares through centralized bidding from September 25, 2025, to October 17, 2025, at an average price of 17.06 yuan; on October 15, 2025, it reduced its holdings by 426,000 shares through block trading at a price of 14.99 yuan; the total reduction amounted to 2.8479 million shares, accounting for 1.18% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase securities account.
