Goldwind Announces 2024 Restricted A Share Incentive Scheme

Goldwind Science & Technology Co. Ltd. announced an increase in its registered capital from RMB 4,223,788,647 to RMB 4,225,067,647 following the adoption of its 2024 Restricted A Share Incentive Scheme. The issuance of restricted shares to eligible participants was approved by the board. Amendments to the Articles of Association are pending approval at upcoming shareholder and class meetings.
