    Cosan SA reports R$1.2 billion net loss and R$7.4 billion EBITDA in 3Q25

    Cosan SA reported a net loss of R$ 1.2 billion in 3Q25, contrasting with a net income of R$ 0.3 billion in 3Q24. EBITDA decreased to R$ 7.4 billion from R$ 8.4 billion, mainly due to a 26% drop from leasing agricultural properties. Net debt rose to R$ 18.2 billion, and the DSCR fell to 1.0x. Dividends and interest on capital received dropped to R$ 48 million. Gross debt increased to R$ 24.2 billion.
