Kakuzi Announces Dividends and Plan to Introduce Fourth Commercial Crop
Kakuzi Plc has announced a first and final dividend of Ksh8.00 per ordinary share for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2024, following its 97th Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2025. Shareholders on the register by May 30, 2025, will receive the dividend. The firm reported a pre-tax loss of Ksh167 million last year.
