Views on BMNR shareholders' meeting

After reviewing the shareholder meeting video and presentation materials in detail, Tom Lee divided BMNR's growth path into 4 pillars:

1. Maximize yield on Treasury
- ETH staking yield from MAVAN
- Optimize ETH purchasing strategy with DeMark Analytics
- Cash yield (this seems a bit far-fetched to me, but the company appears to be planning to maintain around $1 billion in cash reserves long-term)
2. Invest defi in "moonshots"
- Already invested in ORBS and Worldcoin, related to Agent Commerce
- Accelerate asset tokenization by deepening cooperation with L2 and Defi
- Invest in Mr Beast, as mentioned yesterday. I believe attention equals productivity in the digital age. Mr Beast is currently the content creation platform with the widest global audience, and its younger demographic means greater penetration potential and easier reach. More exposure implies greater liquidity potential.
3. Productize BitMine
They plan to create a BMNR app, but I'm not entirely clear what additional value this app could provide.
4. Bridge traditional finance and defi
- After MAVAN launches, it will become the world's largest staking platform, opening commercialization to other institutions and Tokens
- Leveraging its position among the top 50 US stocks by liquidity, BMNR will serve as a bridge connecting traditional finance with the crypto ecosystem

My impression: The meeting organization was somewhat disappointing. Previously announced appearances by Vitalik Buterin and Altman didn't materialize, and the highly anticipated voting results weren't announced before the meeting abruptly concluded.
Overall, the company's general direction seems sound, though I feel BMNR is paying too much attention to attracting retail investors (both the app and Mr Beast investment). I'd prefer BMNR focus more on institutional investors. However, perhaps "gaining more retail attention and support through the app and Mr Beast" could become leverage to attract institutional investment? After all, many growth companies initially gain popularity among retail investors before gradually earning institutional recognition and increasing institutional holdings.
There's much discussion on Reddit and X, with both support and opposition. But since the video and document links are public, rather than seeking validation in others' opinions, it's better to spend time reviewing the materials yourself to form your own judgment.
