Corn, soy basis bids mostly flat as winter storm strikes

Chicago wheat futures rose for a second session due to severe cold in U.S. and Russian plains, raising concerns about crop damage. Soybeans and corn also saw slight increases, supported by mixed weather in South America and potential Chinese demand.
