Luo Yonghao responded to the Xibei incident on Weibo, stating that the cost of frozen broccoli is relatively high, and therefore, to some extent, it is a misunderstanding, while other issues are basically not misunderstandings. He pointed out that most of Xibei's dishes are pre-prepared meals and believes that no company has gone bankrupt due to being "smeared." He also mentioned that the market share of pre-prepared meals in developed countries is higher than in China, but most of it flows to the consumer market and fast food industry, while in China, it is mostly used in restaurants to pretend to be freshly made dishes
