    Changling Hydraulic: Offer to acquire 17.2904 million shares

    Changling Hydraulic: Agreement transfer price adjusted to 1.223 billion yuan

    Changling Hydraulic announced that the share transfer agreements signed by the company's controlling shareholders, Xia Jifa and Xia Zemin, with Wuxi Hexin Tingtao Technology Partnership, as well as the share transfer agreement between Xia Jifa and Jiangyin Chenglian Shuangying Investment Partnership, have adjusted the transaction price due to the completion of the company's equity distribution.
