CareCloud Inc. announces monthly $0.1823 per share dividend for Series A and Series B Preferred Stock

CareCloud Inc. has declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.1823 per share for its 8.75% Series A and Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for January, February, and March 2026. An additional dividend for Series B Preferred Stock has also been announced to address previous arrearages.
