Flag Ship Acquisition Corp. has increased its loan agreement with Whale Management Corporation, raising the principal amount of its unsecured promissory note from $1.2 million to $2 million. The maturity date is now set for the earlier of December 31, 2026, or the completion of Flag Ship’s initial business combination, while other terms remain unchanged. The note continues to be unsecured and non-interest bearing.
