Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, and the sole general partner of our operating partnership. As of June 30, 2025, Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. owned approximately 97.5% of the ownership interest in our operating partnership (including unvested restricted units).
