It is anticipated that there is still room for a reduction in U.S. interest rates, which may further drive down Hong Kong's interbank offered rate, easing the burden on homebuyers. The current interest rate level is already below the 30-year average, with a monthly payment reduction of 10%. If the interbank offered rate falls below 1.95%, the mortgage interest rate will decrease further
