Ltd, for the right to import, market, promote, sell, resell and/or distribute seven stockkeeping units of Tsingtao Beer and Tsingtao Draft Beer.Pursuant to the agreement, ODN will exclusively distribute the products within the modern off-trade channel - retailers of beverage products for consumption off premises, such as supermarkets, convenience stores and petrol stations for a period of two years.
