Danno Pharma's Hong Kong stock IPO and domestic unlisted shares "full circulation" have been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission
36Kr learned that the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice regarding the "full circulation" of Danuo Pharmaceutical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.'s overseas issuance and listing, as well as its domestic unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 12,498,400 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. A total of 49 shareholders of the company intend to convert their combined 43,472,926 domestic unlisted shares into overseas listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
