REG - Stock Exch Notice - N03/26 - Retail bonds offering and rule amendments

The London Stock Exchange will revise its retail bonds offering and amend rules effective January 19, 2026, in response to the Financial Conduct Authority's updated prospectus regime. Key changes include the decommissioning of the Order book for Retail Bonds (ORB) and the introduction of a new "Access Bond" designation for retail eligible bonds. Trading for these bonds will continue on the Order book for Fixed Income Securities (OFIS). Several rule amendments will also take effect, including changes to market maker obligations. Member firms are advised that no technical changes are needed for continued trading on OFIS.
