The China Photovoltaic Industry Association urgently refuted the rumors, stating that relevant work is progressing steadily. Liu Yiyang, the association's executive secretary, expressed in a social media post that they will promote industry self-discipline and "anti-involution" work under the guidance of relevant ministries, pushing for the orderly exit of backward production capacity from both supply and demand sides, stating, "We will not rest until we eliminate the vicious competition of involution."
