The CSRC temporarily revoked Huang Zhihui's license for 27 months
The China Securities Regulatory Commission announced the temporary suspension of the license of Huang Zhihui, a former licensed representative of FuChang Securities and FuChang Futures, for a period of 27 months. This is due to his involvement in approximately 1,300 personal transactions amounting to 670 million yuan from 2019 to 2022, conducted without the company's knowledge, by opening accounts in the name of relatives at another brokerage. Additionally, from 2015 to 2018, Huang Zhihui conducted approximately 10,000 transactions totaling 2.8 billion yuan through accounts opened in the name of relatives at Kaipan Securities without the company's approval. His actions are considered a deliberate circumvention of regulations, affecting the company's monitoring mechanisms and raising questions about his licensing suitability
